Chapter 2417: On to the next



The next day.

Sam and his beasts were moving. They are all placing various formations at various spots. He killed all three abominations, the lackeys are being taken care of. All the other students from other academies are done for.

He has the planet for all himself.

So, he hurriedly occupied all the resource points and rushed with the formations. He mobilized the people from all the settlements, which has been easy.

Once Ronx died, the remaining settlement leaders all came for him.

Apart from that, Sam also provided them a special blueprint that could be used to restore the ecosystem of the planet quickly. It won't create any miracles, but it will help out.

With his blueprints and resources, everything went smoothly. Every resource point and settlement are now protected and are under his control. By that night, Sam used the green portal and went out.

In the academy realm, the portal area is full of people. It is mostly occupied by the high level elders that are close to retirement. Usually, these people are in isolation, either cultivating or waiting their days out.

They can be considered reserve forces that only act in emergencies.

As for why they are out now... the elders and Deans also participate in conquest, so these people will take over the security and handling. Of course, there are some other elders handling special tasks. Much like the elder of Poseidon academy that gave Telchines to Aspirant.

Right now, all these people are standing outside the portals. They even set up temporary buildings acting as offices. They help out the students based on their requirements.

There are of course many first grade students to help with trivial tasks. One of those trivial tasks is to just stay at the portals and monitor who is coming and going from those portals. "All of them. How many do you need?"

All we need is resources and some arrangements."

Sam paused and took out a few recording crystals and few projector devices.

"Every detail is in there. Send the units necessary and help them do as it is instructed in there. As per our previous agreement, for the next decade, all the resources that come out of that planet, including and not limited to the metals, ores, herbs, beasts and people are all mine. The gambler academy will only get 30 percent. Only after the decade, will I leave fifty percent of the resources to the gambler academy.

"Of course, of course. I know. But you should also remember that if we use extended forces like the forces of the students' family, they will get additional ten percent."

"I know that. When have you ever seen me not paying up my end of the deal?"

Ling Tian gave more details about the world Sam locked in on.

It is a realm and it have four planets with various species. One of them is the water-resource rich planet with the metals Ling Tian just mentioned.

"So, your focus is only on one planet? The other three can be left alone?"

"The other three are barely remarkable. This realm is a bit weird. There are more planets that are not suitable for living than they are. Both Poseidon academy and us are focusing on this one planet. Once we have it under control, then we can pretty much control other places as well.

The Poseidon academy and Gambler academy are both focusing on this planet only."

"Alright, I will choose this. For this one realm, I want to change payment terms."

"What is it?"

"I want that planet. The Miasma planet."

Ling Tian frowned upon seeing this.

"Okay then, I will be leaving. I am hoping the gambler team in that realm has the locators I gave them?"

"They do. They already installed the marker. They established a base."

"Perfect. I will go and meet them. Don't worry. The Poseidon team will bite the dirt this

time."

"Seems like you have a bone to pick with them."

"Its not like you don't know it. They sent fifty telchines."

"What happened to them?"

"What do you think?"

Sam said and left with a smirk. He did exactly what is expected of him. On his way to the next portal, he saw the Poseidon academy's first graders. His cold look and taunting smirk immediately made them run back and report.

Sam dove through the portal immediately.

He just hoped that he would land in the same planet as the team in... and turned out the hope

is a bit bleak.

Sam landed in one of the empty planets. He didn't worry too much though. He opened the dimensional drifter and checked.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

In the previous planet he noticed that the dimensional drifter is picking up the coordinates of the nearby planets.

Even without it, he could calculate the coordinates himself and move anyway. He selected the target planet and left with the dimensional drifter.
